IFS Demo Groups: Observe, Learn, and See Internal Family Systems Therapy Practiced Live

This IFS demo group is for licensed mental health professionals. It is an opportunity to see IFS in action and participate in an experiential IFS session without the commitment of ongoing therapy. Each week will include a demo with one participant (with Amanda in the therapist role), followed by 30 minutes of Q&A. When you are not participating in the demo, you will be encouraged to play the observer role and track your own parts. There will be time during the Q&A for processing what you noticed for yourself.

This group is limited to 6 participants and each session is 90 minutes long. Prior to our first meeting, you will be expected to watch a 30 minute introduction to IFS concepts video and orientation to the group.

Day/Time: Thursdays at 12:00pm CST
Dates: March 6, 13, 20, 27 & April 3, 10
Investment: $75/person/group

Round Three:
Day/Time: Wednesdays at 11:00am CST
Dates: August 6, 13, 20, 27 & September 3, 10
Investment: $75/person/group

due to the small size of this group, participants will be charged regardless of attendance; this group does not meet requirements for IFS or EMDR consultation
