My areas of specialization include spiritual trauma, OCD, incorporating parts work/IFS into EMDR, working with neurodiverse individuals, EMDR 2.0, and working with couples using EMDR & IFS.

Individual Consultation (non-EMDR)

Do you want to consult on strictly OCD or strictly IFS, and don’t need EMDRIA approved consultation hours? I offer individual consultation around many topics and am happy to chat about whether or not we’d be a good match! I have consulted with therapists on topics including: best business practices, concurrent note taking, OCD, working with neurodiverse individuals, incorporating a systems lens into your work, working with therapist parts, integrating EMDR and IFS.
